New Club Café
About This Spot
Stepping into New Club Café in the heart of Vulcan feels like slipping into a warm, familiar embrace. This family-friendly spot hums with a comfortable energy — where the pace of life slows just enough for you to settle in and savor the moment. The bustle of families, locals, and travelers blends quietly with the easy laughter and clinking of dishes, creating an atmosphere that’s both inviting and effortlessly relaxed.
Inside, the décor carries a nostalgic charm, with well-worn booths and simple touches that speak of years of community gathering. It’s the kind of place where kids feel right at home, and where the staff seem to know your name or at least make you feel like they do.
Food here feels like a thoughtful pause in the day, lovingly prepared without fuss but with plenty of heart. Whether you come for a hearty breakfast that lends a gentle start, or later in the day for a slice of their cherished thin or thick crust pizza, the menu offers little pockets of joy. The familiar comfort of a beef dip or the satisfying layers of a crisp BLT seem to fit perfectly with the atmosphere — meals meant to be enjoyed with both appetite and ease, punctuated by moments of genuine connection.
For those passing through or making Vulcan a stop on a longer journey, New Club Café offers something quietly special — a place that nourishes more than just the stomach. It’s a local refuge, where simple flavors and genuine smiles come together, and where the small-town vibe is alive in every corner.

Stopped at this locally run family restaurant- food was awesome and service was too! I had BLT with fries and gravy, and my husband had the soup of the day - chicken macaroni soup. He found it so delicious he also had the wonton soup which he found was exceptional. I found the BLT sandwich was delicious with fresh tasting tomatoes and the fries and gravy were perfect too. I definitely would recommend this place. We will be back.

Was in town for a hockey tournament, and had a team lunch here. The staff did a great job given how many of us there were, and how "chaotic" things were at times. Food was pretty good too, and had that small town diner atmosphere.

Everything you could hope for in a small town cafe. The war won ton soup was amazing, my husband and son had the pepperoni pizza and it was also delicious. The decor may be a little dated but it is comfortable and familiar. Very kid friendly and the staff are wonderful.

Wow! We pulled into Vulcan to spend the night and we really wanted pizza for supper...especially so we could have leftovers on the road tomorrow. We are SO HAPPY we ordered from New Club Café!!! Their pizza was amazing! We ordered the New Club Special on a thick crust and a Chicken Supreme on thin. Both pizzas were outstanding: fresh, fully loaded, tasty and the crusts were delicious. The thick crust wasn't doughy and the thin held up perfectly to the toppings. I'm adding a screenshot of their pizza menu but I don't know how current the prices are. I wish we could order from them again but over 12 hours is a little far...even for amazingly scrumptious pizza.

The best thin crust pizza! You have to try it! Never disappoints!

Great food, good service. I hope this restaurant continues to grow worth checking out. I hope they can change the layout a little bit, by puting in a vestibule for the entrance. In the wintertime there is very cold air coming in from the front door. This could easily be done by moving the cashier to the bar close to the kitchen instead of having it at the front door. That would open up space for a nice entrance. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Only had to wait about 10 minutes for food. Everything was hot and fresh and tasty!

. The New club cafe is a local diner/ restaurant that has been a local favorite for over twenty years. For good reason, hot food, well made, good portions and very tasty. And with the prices being reasonable, it's like stepping back in time. One of the best omelets my husband has ever had.
